Delivery Information

PAYMENT, POSTAGE AND SHIPPING DETAILS:

1. On receipt of your order, a confirmation will be sent to you to say that we are busy processing it.
2. An invoice will then be sent to you with your final payment due which will include the cost of your postage/shipping.
3. Your order will be shipped to you with a tracking number once payment has been received.
4. We aim to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours and will advise immediately if any items are out of stock. We only accept payment by direct bank deposit.
5. Please pay your invoice with EFT(internet banking). 
   If you are unable to pay via EFT, and make a cash deposit, please add 10% of N$[Transaction-Total] to your deposit for cash handling and bank services fees.
6. All orders will be delivered as speedily as possible. Should any item not be in stock, we will advise on your confirmation invoice.
7. If payment for orders has not been settled within 5 days of receipt of the invoice, the order will be cancelled. The availability of the items can then no longer be guaranteed. 
8. Please allow for a few days before contacting us about the status of your order.

• 251 - 500 km          Windhoek, Okhandja, Otjiwarongo, etc.
• 501 - 700 km          Mariental, Keetmanshoop, Luderitz, Grootfontein, etc.
